OKE

Milan / November 2019

The interior designed by FORO Studio for the Oke oriental restaurant draws inspiration from the traditional Japanese style. The essential mix of materials and colours defines three different kinds of use of the restaurant: take away, quick stop, table service.

The operational area has oak wood combined with brass, stone and washi paper surfaces as main materials. Opposite to it, the snack counter area, intended for quick stops and informal meals. The lounge area completes the set-up, for longer stops and more convivial meals. This interior design project combines Eastern and Western traditions.
